You are always very helpful and everything arrives quickly
Good product, fast delivery
The order process and delivery were fast and easy, the item arrived on time, well packaged and in good condition. Waterpik itself is easy to use and does a great job at cleaning. The grip is well placed, easy to select power setting and turn on or off. The only thing I find a little akward is filling up the water container. If done through the horisontal port, it seems that the water leakes from the top due to overfilling. Overal a great product, would recommend.

There is clearly a problem with the batteries. The first one had batteries that were completely dead, the second charged when I received it but when I tried to re-charge after a week, as advised in the handbook, the green light flickered continuously for 3 days, so it is not charging properly. I understand that you are not willing to refund the £84.60 I paid for it so have an appointment with my lawyer tomorrow to commence legal proceedings against you under the Trading Standards Act.

The WaterPik came with an unusable plug…
The WaterPik came with a plug connection that does not work in England. I had to replace my wall socket at some expense. It is now working well but it cost more to instal a new wall fixing than it cost to buy the Water Pik.

Never Ever Again with Booking.com!!!
Booking.com charged me £256 for a reservation at Voco Paris Porte de Clichy, even though the hotel was already fully booked and could not accommodate my reservation. It has now been a week, and I am still waiting for my refund. I cannot understand why I was charged for a hotel stay that could not be provided. I have contacted Booking.com customer service multiple times, but I have yet to receive a meaningful response or update. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and the delay in processing my refund. I simply want my £256 refunded as soon as possible. It has now been a week, and I am still waiting for my refund. I cannot understand why I was charged for a hotel stay that could not be provided. I have contacted Booking.com customer service multiple times, but I have yet to receive a meaningful response or update. I discovered a fault in my waterpik and…
I discovered a fault in my waterpik and reported it to the powers that be. They were very quick to respond and put answer to the problem immediately. Customer service was swift and efficient and i am delighted to say i can now resume with one of the most important bits of my dental hygiene. Thank you waterpik!

NON rechargeable is an Excellent product
Excellent product. The rechargeable one I had previously purchased was unreliable and weak and hardly worth the effort. The new one that plugs into a shaver point is very effective and I’m very pleased with it.
Mixed blessing
As a flosser, it is very good but two vital parts failed in the first two weeks. Waterpik replaced them so now the gadget works well.
Recharging problem resolved
Had a problem recharging my Waterpik, but it was replaced promptly under warrantee without quibble. An excellent tool - reaches the places interdental brushes can’t.
