The telephone representative to whom I spoke was extremely helpful in assisting me in choosing the correct replacement handle for my Waterpik machine which I then purchased on-line. The handle was well-packaged and swiftly delivered.

Second purchase of the classic tabletop…

Second purchase of the classic tabletop version of the waterpik - happy with dispatch etc. The reason I have taken off a star is because the new version is incredibly light, on the verge of flimsy. I am concerned that it will crack or stop working easily - my original one from 14 years ago was incredibly robust and reassuringly heavy. It only just died. Time will tell how this endures.

Upgraded from a handheld to the fixed unit

I have had a hand held waterpik for a long time and the clean feeling of that device was great! However the handheld units are bulky. Cumbersome in a way. The fixed base unit that plugs in the wall is far better. Using mostly the main pik flossing head and the pocket head, my gum health is finally coming back to normal after a while. I got covid (if that’s really a thing!) and afterwards gums became and remained inflamed. With the new device I can be super accurate, precise and achieve a better result. Not having to hold the battery, pump, reservoir etc and just a wand with a tube is far more efficient and accurate. It’s making a difference in just days. The convenience of the on off button on the wand is great. I’m now investigating the massage function that my old device did not have. The unit was on special offer so I thought time for an upgrade. The only problem is the fact I have no socket in my bathroom. So from a development point of view, a standalone base unit with wand with an INTERNAL BATTERY in said base unit would take a great product to an epic product. Thanks Waterpik!
