I ordered the Hand-held game/.. I was al set to put in the bateries........However I can not get the back off...the screw will not turn. I have tried to get a way to let you know, but no luck. Then I got your email... WWWWhat should I do now>???????

the product I bought to size rings did…
the product I bought to size rings did not work I followed the instrucions put on a small amount I let it sit overnight to be on the sfe side but it never dryed. I scraped it off and my daughter did it with the same results. What a waste of money I would tell people not to purchase this product .

I placed an order on May 13, 2024. I even paid an additional $2.95 for express mail. I have yet to receive my order. This is now May, 28, 2024. Could someone please check my order.
