I have been on Monjuaro for quite a few months. Have found the expense too high to continue. Decided to give Wellaray Coffee booster a go. Have been on it for 20 days and have maintained my current weight in that time. So if it can continue to do that I will be happy.

BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE — I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! 🚨
If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
I purchased an item believing the advertised price was in Australian dollars, as there was absolutely no clear indication that the price was in US dollars. It was only when I clicked to pay that the currency conversion appeared and I realised I was being charged more than I expected.
I immediately contacted them multiple times to cancel the order, but was simply told, “Sorry, it’s already been shipped.” The next day, I received the shipping information.
I was then told that once the item arrived, I could return it.
Two weeks later, I received a notification saying my order had been delivered.
IT WASN’T.
I searched everywhere and never received the package.
I contacted the company again, and unbelievably, they initially told me that the order had NOT actually been delivered. Then, after I followed up again days later, their story changed and suddenly I was told YES, it had been delivered.
I asked for proof of delivery and a photo, because I had never received the parcel. I was repeatedly assured that they would help investigate the matter.
And now?
NOTHING.
They have stopped responding to my emails completely.
So let me get this straight: they took my money, refused to cancel the order, claimed it had been shipped, then claimed it had been delivered when it hadn't, failed to provide the proof of delivery I requested, and have now simply stopped responding.
I am now $100 out of pocket with absolutely nothing to show for it.
This is completely unacceptable customer service.
⚠️ PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY.⚠️ Check the currency carefully.⚠️ Don't assume you'll receive help if something goes wrong.⚠️ And don't assume you'll get a response when you have a problem.
I am posting this review because I would hate for someone else to go through the same experience.
$100 may not mean much to a company, but it certainly means something to the customer who has paid for a product they never received.

Hidden “discounted extra 3 boxes” added-WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!
Tried to cancel immediately-“unfortunately, your order has been processed”- ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!
“DONT worry, we’ll sort the refund and return as soon as you receive your order”- ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!!!
Said I wanted 100% refund and keep the products, as I’m legally entitled to (their order error, not mine).
Offered 15% then 30% refund and keep product.
Rejected that. Return address sent-didn’t exist!!!!!!
They are Liars! I have no qualms in saying that. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They advise you to try DHL because the post office does not have the ‘full postal system’-WHAT???? I told the post mistress; she was hysterical. What planet are these people on?

The customer service was very helpful and quick - with follow up for any additional issues I might have. Had doubled my order accidently and it was handled very well - certainly appreciate that. Beware
Really poor that this company are discretely adding items to baskets before checkout without your knowledge: This isn’t just upselling this is actually adding items to your basket.
If you challenge it after checkout they claim it can’t be cancelled as it’s already been shipped (unlikely within an hour) but you can send it back. If you live in the UK/Europe it will likely cost you more to send it back internationally which is probably what they are counting on.
Consumer watchdog is aware of their unethical selling tactics.
For anyone in the UK that has been charged over £100 and used a card to pays speak to your bank about invoking Section 75
