As mentioned by others I ordered one package and then clicking on "next" it said my order wasn't completed so I clicked again and ended up buying 2 packages when I only wanted one
Saying that something isn't complete when in reality is complete is a new way of scamming people.
Shame on you.
Haven't tried it yet but even if it worked and made me feel amazing I will never buy again from this company and have advised everyone to not buy.

East Peasy to add to your morning Java!
The product is easy to put in a morning coffee and once that slightly different taste becomes normal, it is something that anybody could easily manage and not forget to do. The company is very pro customer and definitely wants to know if anything is amiss and their desire to improve or change is very evident. The slim little pouches are easy to open and put into your coffee. Fingers crossed after using it for more than just 10 days I will see a benefit to my goal of losing four or 5 pounds.

I am still waiting for the arrival of my products from Wellaray. They are putting the multiple order down to customers mistake as with me? I do not believe this to be the case as I was really careful before I pressed the pay button. I have received about 6 or more emails from this company so far, just stating gibberish. Am I happy?, what do I want them to do? I have put in my emails that I am grossly dissatisfied what they have done and I have not made up my mind when the good are received whether I may be returning the whole order to them due to this mistake they have made.

I ordered this product then I tried to cancel it. They said it was on the way, which was not true. Then I received the product. They won’t take the return back without me paying for it. It’s gonna cost me $30 to send it back. They offer me 15% off the refund and 30% off the refund I said no I want the complete refund not a very nice way to do business. I’m a senior and I can’t afford that kind of money to send it back, but I will cause I’m not gonna pay what I don’t want. Watch out people not a good company.
