The product was explained very well.

Be aware! very misleading website, due to difficulties at purchase and completing the order, and false advertising with 2-3 days delivery, when its actually delivered 2-3 weeks from China. Lots of emails with more promotional offers, no option for cancel or refunds after buying. still waiting for my order.

Do not fall for this!
Ordered the one pack - ended up with 5! Charged me for all of them too!! Not interested in any refund either when contacted as they say it was the way I ordered it, despite them bring able to 'locate' where I had gone wrong in the process. Not impressed at all!

This company is crooked
This company is crooked. I ordered three boxes at a discounted price of £24 and finished up being charged £102 for six boxes. Refused to change order or refund. Goods still not received. Total scam and just polite customer service fobbing me off. Do NOT order from them

Bought Coffee Booster and Detox Tea.Overall the product was well packaged with clear instructions for use and appears to be working well. Customer Support was very good and product was delivered within time specified. Only problem found was there was an error when ordering and one product was duplicated. There was no way for me to remove unwanted product and even though Customer Support was quick to respond to my email regarding this matter they said order was already shipped. This was within 10 minutes of ordering...Perhaps this area needs looking at so that customers are not charged for product not ordered/wanted and wld save having to return product for refund.

Its a scam
If I could give it zero stars I would.
This is just a scam. You click for the special, low price offer. I paid via PayPal and after authorising for £17.99, I received notifications from PayPal that 3 unauthorised different amounts were taken from my account - almost £150!
I emailed wellaray straight away. However the replies are obviously via bots or A.I. I demanded a refund straight away, however it was ignored and fobbed off. No straight answered emails. They even said that the offer was 'up-saled'. The amount bought was also doubled and something else added. Even though 'someone' was replying when I was demanding a refund and the order to be cancelled - they then sent a separate email (after communication had started) congratulating me, as they sent the order! It was then they said that they could no longer cancel the order, as it was already sent - this was all done in the space of an hour!
PayPal is also unresponsive and allows this scam.
I am having to have my bank investigate this to get my money back.
Nothing will get delivered - as it's a scam.
There are now Facebook groups that support people from around the world who has fallen into this scam. It is not a singular person issue - it is a world wide scam racket.
Stay away.
