Do not trust this company. They do not honour their refund policy and over charge for “upselling” not requested by customers

I did not notice any difference using this product at all. Also there was always a kind of thick sludge at the bottom of my cup. The taste was fine with coffee, just not the bit of thick stuff at the bottom of the cup.

What a horrible experience. I was overcharged. Refused a refund. The product was discounted multiple times but charged at the higher price. The customer service is automated and very disappointing. I was promised a special free gift had been added, ANOTHER LIE. SAVE YOUR TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY. Haven't tried the product but I'm already left with a bad taste! After posting my TRUE ACCOUNT OF THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY I HAVE BEEN HOUNDED WITH OFFERS FROM WELLARAY TO TALK, VIA EMAIL. The only solution is an apology and a refund of the overpayment or a total refund for the DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. It works well but initially the problem was the taste but it didn’t stop me continuing. After a few weeks I m not really noticing it anymore. Bloating stopped and movement far easier and more regular
