Fries were cold and recooked dark brown and cold to touch baconator bacon was hard and could break my teeth took over 15 minutes to get our food to go while standing there. Very disappointing I am a manger of a restaurant and this is not how food quality should be and looking in from over-the-counter. The store was very disarray and nasty will definitely not be eating or dining with Wendy’s on Main Street again.

Visited the store last night in…Southampton

Visited the store last night in Southampton and even though they were open after ordering my food I discovered they had locked the toilets. After a confrontation they finally agreed to open then for the 6 or so people that had asked to use them. I can honestly say the burger is the most disgusting greasy horrible thing I have ever tried. Do not waste your money people shocking customer service too.

Manager Acted Above Accountability

Store #14436 The customer service at this Wendy's was absolutely unacceptable. I went through the drive-thru and had a brief interaction with the manager who was taking orders. I was trying to understand the menu and ask a simple question, but instead of receiving assistance, I was met with a rude, dismissive, and unprofessional attitude. When I went inside to speak with a manager, the situation became even worse. The individual identified himself only as the manager and refused to provide the information I requested. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he laughed, asked was I mad, repeatedly stated that he runs six Wendy's locations, and acted as if any complaint made against him was beneath him and would not matter. He repeatedly carried himself as though he was above accountability. During the interaction, he made comments about how "we get money" and that this is a business that gets money. As a customer, I found those comments arrogant, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. It gave the impression that customer concerns were irrelevant because the business was making money regardless. To make matters worse, he laughed, called me "fam," and told me to get in my truck and leave. At no point did he attempt to resolve the issue or address my legitimate concerns as a customer with even a basic level of professionalism or respect. When I asked for management information, he would not provide it. I later had to contact another Wendy's location to learn that the manager's name was JUSTIN (SHIFT MANAGER). I chose not to spend a single dollar at this location. This review is not about the food because I never ordered any food. This review is strictly about the poor customer service, lack of professionalism, arrogance, and disrespectful behavior displayed by management. I have already reported this incident. Customers deserve respect when asking simple questions. Based on my experience, that respect was completely lacking at this location.I would not recommend eating here.

Went to a UK store to be told they had stopped doing salads - we are in British summertime - I also have health issues to restricted diet so the salads were the only options for me while the family enjoyed the full menu - so I guess we will stop going to Wendy’s who was the only burger chain in the UK who had decent salad options - great progress Wendy’s

If I could give 00000 I would. Wendy's on Ridgewood in Daytona Beach. HOW DO YOU run out of potatoes when baked potatoes are on your menu!!!! This Wendy's has crappy poor management, or they would not run out of product. It was a delivery order so I did not get to choose the location or it NEVER would have been that Wendys as we have had issues before. Shame on you corporate as you have no idea how these poorly managed stores are dragging your company down. SHAME ON YOU

My wife and myself attended the Wendys Restaurant located at Markham and Lawrence about 2 weeks ago. The Manager/Supervisor Miss TULASI was very knowledgeable of her Inventory listings, and very accomodating in her services to us. We were very delighted in the manner she explained the sit in order we requested, coupled with her ability to assist us in every aspect. Miss TULASI is truly a noted and great Asset to your Organization.
