I ordered a number six

I ordered a number six, which is a spicy chicken sandwich. They were close, but I did not get a spicy chicken sandwich. I got a regular chicken sandwich and I don’t like the regular chicken sandwiches. So yeah, I’m pretty disappointed! How do you confuse a spicy chicken sandwich with a regular chicken sandwich?

Lost backgammon

I want to inform you that my husband Ahmad has lost his backgammon at the location of mavis and Central Park way before 3 days on Wednesday July 29 at 9 pm . when we contact them face to face, they admit it is there and they were sure and they described it as wooden one .Then the employer went to the office to bring it back to us , two other employees went after them , he came back and said it is not there .

Worst food ever!

Worst food ever! Tried going to their website to complain, which is a joke! It asks you to enter the shop code from your receipt, but there is no code! It also gives you the option to enter a postcode, which it doesn't recognise! Same goes for the address when entered! Small piece of advice: if you are starving and have no other place to get food, go hungry! You'll still be starving, but at least you won't have wasted your money!

I don’t know what the hell you guys did but the chicken nuggets are not chicken nuggets. They taste like McDonald’s now the absolutely horrible you need to bring back the real nuggets and stop being damn cheap.

I live in Dublin, Ohio. The Wendy’s I go to is directly across the street from their HQ. They market this store is their flagship store. A few weeks ago I posted a review on Wendy’s website because the food I got, which was a single cheese and fries was room temperature. I threw it away. I attempted to eat it in their parking lot so it wasn’t an issue of time. I just went back ordered three chicken tenders and fries. The fries were cold again. The chicken tenders were the size of my index finger. They look like three mozzarella sticks rattling around in the box. They are a fraction of the size they used to be. I hate talking about when he’s like this because they are a Hometown company, but they have to get it together. They are earning this 2.7 rating.

Wendy’s at either downtown locations are horrific. They cater to the homeless people and don’t care about the patrons in the restaurant. Unsafe environment especially for families. They make their customers feel unvalued. Now no points with a coupon. Before it was like pulling teeth just to get your points. They love saying NO or I don’t know. Lazy!!! But it comes down to management and training. Obviously Wendy’s hires anyone with a heart beat and no brains . Use to be my favourite now Carl’s Jr is where there actually is customer service.

They are nothing but crooks

They are nothing but crooks. I ordered two chilies from them along with other food. I got one chilli full but other cup was almost a quarter empty. I did not check my food when I left and I should have. We are paying them for food not getting it for free. So we should get at least what we paid for. Not to mention there cups are not even full cups. They are trying to deceive their customers. If you look at the cup from the bottom their bottom is almost a quarter inch higher. That means you get less food even though you order large chilie.

The spicy chicken sandwich wasn't either good or spicy. The staff isn't trained well. I would rather get food at a QT. They are a convenience store/ gas station. Their food is far better, and their employees are well trained with a much better attitude.

I got a bacon eater and the burger was a lot different. The taste and the burger was changed . And I got a baked potato with cheese and bacon . Cheese was different and not good at all . A very little bit of cheese and bacon. Please go back to your other burgers they were much better.

Went to their Sauchihall Street Glasgow branch, worse takeaway I've ever had. The fries were bland and coke was left out for at least five minutes but probably longer while awaiting the food, so was flat. Never again.

I ate at the Wendys on Harper Rd

I ate at the Wendys on Harper Rd. WV. That Burger was nasty as heck had zero taste u know Wendy's when I was growing up was considered one of the best fast food around. Idk what happen to it but it's straight awful idk if we're y'all have nothing but kids working there or what but that was a big waste of. Money and I'm still hungry . GET IT TOGETHER
