Missing item from my order
An item was missing from my order. After contacting them they replied back quickly asking for pictures of what I did get in my order. After I sent them they immediately sent out the missing item. Excellent response time and service.
Great communication and delivery but check all the stuffing.
Great communication and fast delivery. I had forgotten I ordered lavender essential oil and put the box in recycling for the kids to break down. I went back to the pile because I needed a small box and was taking out the packaging which I thought felt extra heavy. I started unfolding it and remembered I ordered the oil. I almost threw it out. Ack!! Not sure how it could be packaged differently but it sure did look like just padding. Can’t wait to use everything!
Quick shipping and careful packaging
My order arrived very quickly and was well-packaged. I haven't used any of the supplies yet so I can't speak to that aspect of the order. I've been very pleased with my orders from this company over the years.
