I had a concept for a modest wine cellar. Jeremy answered all of my questions cheerfully and quickly. The Design team formalzed my concept. Between the two of us we were able to fine tune my cellar. He made ordering all the components easy. I am currently finishing the cellar.

Everything went great! Beginning with the design process with Jeremy to the delivery in getting our unit to us quick and securely. We chose the black and wood look and it turned out beautifully! The piece is sturdy and well constructed. We couldn’t be happier!
Wine rack came faster than expected. There’s a nice, wood grain showing through the black stain. Sharp looking.

The shipping process was smooth. The racks take awhile to assemble but straightforward. Several of the pieces were not glued together and we had to do this ourselves. This was a clear defect in at least 6-7 of the individual slots. We did not experience this with a previous purchase several years ago and for the price of almost $700 for a basic pine rack, I found this disappointing
Easy to order, fast delivery, and great customer service. We had a trim piece come in damaged. The customer service team took care of us right away and sent a new one out as soon as the stain dried, This is our second cellar ordered through Wine Racks America. Highly recommended!

I love the wine rack the assembly directions were horrible. It took me a friend almost 5 hours. It looks great. and I love it.
I absolutely love the racks. They are sturdy and easy to install. The racks are already assembled & all you have to do is hang them. I wish I could upload a photo! Will be purchasing 1 more. This is worth every penny

In order to find out if the wall wine racks would work for me I had to open the packages! I discovered too late that this negated a possible return of the product that needed to be returned unopened. Since the two I initially ordered did not work, I planned to return them and I ordered another model. When I found out your return policy is practically non existent, I canceled the second order. Finally I was told I had purchased them from another dealer even though I ordered them from your website. I would never recommend your product since your type of company makes ordering online an unpleasant experience.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the wine rack and, the ease in which I could put it together. I would buy more products from you and would recommend your wine racks to family and friends.
The racks pieces did not fit together. I had to painstakingly hand file each of the openings in the cross-members so the the columns would properly fit. It took hours to do. You would think Wine Racks of America sells enough of these that they would properly account for the thickness of the stains so the items would fit without a lot of modification.
We apologies for the tight fit. Was this rack raw wood or a stained product? We are always happy to make the rack again. This sometimes happens if the stainer adds too much stain to the rack.
