We love our wine rack! The only critique I have is that there was no communication during the waiting process. An email or two during the whole transaction would go a long way toward reassuring your customers, especially during this post-covid time when everything is delayed. We never even received a notice that our item shipped...it just arrived one day.

The scalloped rack is attractive and suitable for standard size Bordeaux/cabernet bottles. The stacking feature is nice. The rack is not suitable for most other bottle types, including notably Burgundy/Pinot Noir or Syrah, contrary to what the website says. Anyone attempting to place these bottles above the bottom rack is asking for trouble, as there is no safety mechanism to keep bottles from falling. I also thought the racks might arrive assembled; putting them together resulted in some wood panels not meeting up perfectly. I am also not sure how to stabilize the rack against earthquakes, etc. Probably will not purchase more.

Thank you for the insight on the Scalloped wine racks. We will pull this data into our next development meeting. We built our size charts based on standard Pinot bottles. Now they are a lot of thicker waisted bottles so we should probably revise that chart. Thank you,
Ordered these racks for a client and they turned out amazing! Straightforward installation and they look so clean and sharp. Will definitely come back for more wine storage solutions for my clients.

Very happy with my wineracks. Bought Instacellar in redwood unfinished for my basement installation. Total of 550 bottles - (7 column display + 4 column corner display + 6 column display) x 2 + 3 column magnum in the middle. Wood quality excellent, only one missing/failed stile nail which I fixed easily. One negative is corner racks use a wood spacer which splits too easily as it is laminated. Might be better to use a metal piece for the function.
