Hi George, thanks for your order. Looking at your order details, it was shipped on time and was the font, color, & size that was shown in the preview in our design center. I'm assuming if any of those things had been wrong you would have mentioned them in your review. Instead, you give us a low rating based on some functionality you wish we had. That's a bit frustrating on our end, as we can only give you what you ordered in a timely manner (which I believe we did). Hi Emily, thanks for your order and we are sorry to hear of the long wait you had. I looked back to see what happened. Your order was placed on 10/31 and it actually shipped on that same day. Once the USPS took over it seemed to hang out in Colorado for 3 days and then took an additional 3 days to be delivered in Massachusetts. This is much slower than the USPS usually takes so we understand your frustration. While the USPS usually does a pretty realiable job, when they fall short, we wish it was within our power to step in and make it happen.
