DHL also provided a delivery photo to confirm successful delivery. • Prior to this review, you never contacted us through any support channel. We’ve searched across all customer service platforms, including spam filters, and there is no record of a message, request, or concern sent to us. Despite all this, we still replied promptly and respectfully to your earlier one-star reviews with complete transparency and instructions on how to file a claim with SavedBy, should you believe your package is missing. Calling this fraud is not only inaccurate, it’s insulting to the team that handled your order professionally from start to finish. If there was a real issue and you had contacted us directly, we would have happily helped you as we do with countless other customers every day.
