I filed a claim and it was denied for filing a claim for damage when I never found a claim for damage but rather follow my claim as a theft which includes the coverage even if it's within 30 days of starting your policy so I have sent an email and have not received the response I've tried to call have not received a response and I have been without a phone for so long that I had to go purchase another phone in the interim because I cannot be without a phone

This company is misleading and fake can’t even replace my device because it has not been 30 days m. Should say so upfront and clearing not put things in fine print to mislead people.
