I had placed a large furniture order for a new building. A few items came damaged. Customer Service went above what was required to ensure either replacement parts were sent or entire furniture pieces were replaced. Everything shipped right away and Customer Service provided regular updates. Well done!

Great Customer Service
We ordered a table and chairs for our counseling office. When the table first arrived, it was damaged. Worthington Direct had great customer service and ordered us a new table within the day. Happy to find the furniture I wanted on…
Happy to find the furniture I wanted on this site but the checkout process was frustrating. It took me almost 30 minutes to get the order to go through. I attempted to use the Chat Feature and all I received were error messages. I am hoping the remainder of my process (shipping and delivery) go better than ordering.

Product was delivered within time frame. However, damages were seen on the locker. Not able to salvage. Have ordered before unassembled lockers with no issue.

Book Carts - Quality Great
Ordered book carts. Well made and prompt deliver. Just wish the shipping charge wasn't so high. Would be okay with slower delivery if the cost was lower.
