I purchased a WalkAide (G4 foot drop system) from XFT and am very happy with the service and product. I was a little wary about buying from abroad but I needn't be as XFT staff were very helpful and answered all my questions. I had specific instructions around paperwork to be included for import duty and XFT staff were so helpful and ensured it was how I needed it to be arranged. Through the whole process they kept me informed about shipping. The delivery company they used were excellent and I was surprised how it arrived allot quicker than expected, the delivery company also kept me updated with the journey. The product itself is perfect, it was sealed and brand new, as expected, and is working fine. It's my second Walkaide and it's exactly the same as my other one which I purchased through a contact my FES nurse gave me. However, buying directly from the manufacturer (XFT) has meant the price is much more affordable and the product and service has also been 5 star. Thank you XFT for your great service, product and affordability, as this has given me the opportunity to have this wonderful and life changing device!
I bought a garden pool. Instead of the pool I received a scarf. This company is a misunderstanding. It smells like a scam here. They don't want to return the money. I don't recommend it. They are scammers!!!!!!
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY !!! This companY insists on having their products sent back to china when accessories such as a battery is needed. Can you believe a person disabled has to be without their device for several weeks, maybe months if a BATTERY NEEDS REPLACING, They give liarly excuses such as only they can change it !! really?! in the 21st century only chinese products with a battery can be changed in china?! or more lies saying they cant send the battery because of wait for it!! EXPORT CHARGES really?! WHAT LIES THIS COMPANY TELLS .DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, A disabled person is expected to go without their enabling device because of this companies ridiculous logic and lies .It is a kin to taking a wheelchair from a disabled person for weeks to change a tyre .RIDICULOUS any mobile phone shop or computer shop could quite adequately and professionally change A BATTERY EASILY IN 5 MINUTES therefore negating the need to send the device all the way to china from around the world and having to wait weeks .I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL NOT TREAT YOU WITH EMPATHY OR PROFESSIONALLY
