Can you believe a person disabled has to be without their device for several weeks, maybe months if a BATTERY NEEDS REPLACING, They give liarly excuses such as only they can change it !! really?! in the 21st century only chinese products with a battery can be changed in china?! or more lies saying they cant send the battery because of wait for it!! EXPORT CHARGES really?!
