Finally improved paying Mexican CFE…
Finally improved paying Mexican CFE bill, but still an extra step or two…and no way to scan barcode instead of entering 30 digit number.
Very High fees, compared to other platforms
High fees - fee was increased almost double

Unreliable service
The payment using the same source (Wells Fargo) and destination (ICICI) banks, which used to be instant when needed urgently, was said to take 3 days. The reason given was waiting for a response from the source bank. However, I saw that money was instantly debited from the source account. After canceling the transaction, I got the message that there was a temporary hold on the money. But from the source bank's site, it was seen that the transaction had cleared and been finalized. I am surely i will get the money. But my confidence in relying on Xoom for instant transfer is shattered. I now know that I can't depend on it. Thanks

It is quick and reliable.
It would take forever
We try to send money to our family in Mexico and it would take a week to get there so I have to take a way arround it to make it happend, and the fees are so high, I have been a costumer for about 17 years and there is no appreciation to our loyalty.

Quick way to send money to Mexico
Needed to send some quick funds to Mexico for repairs on my house. I usually use Xoom to pay my CFE bill, which is very convenient. I had never sent to a bank card directly. It was incredibly easy and very fast transfer.
