Account is deactivated without any…
Account is deactivated without any notice. Customer service cannot tell what happened. Xoom customer service is saying that Om account was deactivated by PayPal. PayPal customer service says that don’t have access to Xoom account and I should contact Xoom. I even did three way call with both Xoom and PayPal customer service online. Still they cannot tell what’s going on. Both companies don’t have any clue. I haven’t seen such a horrible customer service. End up spending 2 hours without any resolution. They end up suggesting to make new account. I made new account and initiated transaction. The transaction got cancelled. I called Xoom and they told me that the transaction was cancelled by PayPal. PayPal told me that they have no access to the transaction how can they cancel it. They two company systems are such a mess. No body seems to know how they are linked. No one in both companies have clue. Will use other services to send money to India.
