Overall a very good experience
I was disappointed with the live chat service. The agent simply disappeared, even though I was still connected. I waited about 10 minutes and periodically asked whether or not he was going to answer me. No response, so I made a phone call instead, and the phone agent was knowledgeable and helpful. I think the discount could've scaled better to meet my purchase, since it was two systems, not one that I bought, and both I consider high end. Should've doubled my discount, since each system individually qualified for the highest discount available. But I wanted it in one order so I lost out because of that discount configuration. I was very pleased with the website, its performance, and the display of system features and specs. However, it could've been in more depth, since some things were not explained at all and was the reason I had to call or chat. I also like the options available during customization, that makes things a little more palatable in the end.

I haven't yet gotten the laptop
I haven't yet gotten the laptop, but I love the ability to customize and especially the custom install on that nightmare called Windows. Not sure that the total turnaround time will be but I paid extra for Rush and the rig should be minty.

Best Seamless, Hassle-free PC purchase I have made to date. I have been a long-standing PC gaming enthusiast, I use and rely on performance setups not only for gaming but for the work I do daily. When I was shopping around for a PC as I did not have time to build my own, Xotic stood out to me on price point and their transparent policy on ensuring that customers receive a solid product for what they are paying for. I ordered my PC and within hours, I was getting step-by-step updates on the progress they made until it was out the door with a tracking number. Looking forward to getting this rig set up and see what it can do.

Great description of the product and breakdown of all the parts. I felt really informed on what I was purchasing. Also the AI chat was helpful with answering some questions I had. The only thing I was a bit frustrated with was, I was having trouble with my card going through while making the purchase so I waited a day and the price went up by $300. That was not a good feeling. Other than that everything went really smooth.

I've bought 2 laptops and one desktop from them. The laptops were very good and never had any issues. I recently bought a desktop system for $6k. I've had issues with the video adapter ever since I got it. I sent emails to support and all I got back was canned responses with platitudes. Won't every buy from them again.
