Easy to find what I was interested in, plenty of financing options with less over-pay than most places. Only one was egregious (charging almost an extra 1600 to the total price) but the rest were fair to favorable. I found my best course through Affirm, and now eagerly await my purchase!
The case used and cable management greatly improved my overall intent to purchase. The purchase process was quick and easy. Next comes the shipping and delivery. But I am looking forward to their lifetime service and trade in program!

I was confused about shipping and they immediately answered every question I had. Awesome support. Can get automated help with an AI Chat of talk to a live agent, during business hours. I have a Degree in Computer Science (Programming) and, I can tell they put, a lot of love and care, into each build. Either get a per-built like I did, or make it like you want. Either Way these Computers, are the latest Technology. So, many options, Incredible List of Parts to Pick from. Build or Pick a Pre-Made Beast! Go Ahead Treat Yourself! You Deserve it!
charged my card immediately, 10 days later I called them and they told me the laptop was in route to be delivered to them the next day. 3 days later no word from them, I called and was told they had no estimated date of when they would get it. Day 13 I canceled the order and purchased the same laptop from the manufacturer. Still waiting on the refund to my card

You guys have lots of options that are very helpful. The experience flows really well. The only thing I would say was that the webpage would constantly refresh automatically. And I'm not sure if that is from you guys's end or not, but it was doing it on every different browser I was trying
always there human knowledgeable person to talk through an issue. When I did need to return, I trusted that my machine was in good hands. While my issue could not be corrected in place, I got back an upgraded clean macine - void of the weird problem. Much better than what I had, plus someone else did my windows upgrade for me. Main thing is, I trust these guys with my machine. Cannot say thave everywhere.
I ordered A a pre built, ready to ship, PC and had it in hand in 48 hours. It was in great condition, started like a charm and was exactly as described. Their warranties and trade-in programs make the slightly higher price tag worth it in my opinion. I will use them again for my next rig!
The website was easy to use! The all the information for each computer was easy to find and was in very specific detail. This is the first "professional" PC I vought and I am excited to use it. All my friends say this is a trustworthy company and everything is high quality.
I oder their G20 epic 5090 Pc on the 6th June of 2026 I ordered this Pc as a ready to ship Pc build which correct me if I'm wrong but I thought it meant it would be shipped by latest next business day as it is labeled as a reasy to ship Pc. However I was wrong I contacted support who I will say was the best part of ordering from. XoticPc they were not only professional but very prompt. Did not help the other facts. I was told tho my order was placed on a Tuesday that the freight company they used had missed the pick up window on Friday which pushed them only to be able to pick it up the following Monday which it was picked up then I was given a tracking number for the company. My Pc then sat in Missouri for a few days I think it was 3 days to be exact to then be shipped to Denver where it sat for another 3 days. A little frustrating being i paid over $700 for what was labeled as a next day air early. I was refunded $350 of the shipping cost and was told because it is being sent on a pallet and needed to be delivered with a truck with a lift gate that the $350 was to compensate for half the shipping cost that they can't ship next day air early because of the said above which hopefully they can fix for future customers ordering Pc's with expecting to be able to pay for some type of overnight shipping if it's not available it probably shouldn't be an option at check out. Fast forward today is June 22, 2026 i was contacted last Friday by the shipping company who told me the earliest delivery/ pick up option was Today which is Monday so I scheduled for today between 8am and 12am it's 1:42pm and have yet to have yet to see them pull up with this Pc. Customer service is a +A for me they have great communication if only this company can fix the minor flaws in the delivery process I can only see it being the way I'd rate a 5 star. I'm hoping when my pc does show up it's as good as I'm expecting and hoping no shipping damage I will follow up with this review thanks. I'd also like to mention this is a pc after shipping cost and everything it cost me over $13,000 so maybe I should expect it to take a few extra days but also maybe it can be mentioned also for customers ordering this Pc in the near future.

The website is hard to navigate with a phone but the price for everything isn't bad. Hopefully my pc comes in soon. Then I can see what kind of company they really are.
Just by being able to work with people and give them an affordable way to purchase and experience your products you have given me a great experience. I don't have a lot of money on account of being disabled. But what I do have is a credit score and patience. I may be paying more due to interest but at the end of the day, I have a nice new PC to replace my 10 year old system. A new PC that I can continue to use for another 10 years. What's a little interest compared to at least ten years of use? Thank you for allowing me to purchase one of your machines
The process was seamless. I found a prebuilt I wanted, I was able to upgrade a couple of select items. The team constantly emailed me updates on my order and its ship/delivery time.
