Good luck

This has been an extremely dissatisfying experience. I purchased a pre-built Meshify 3 Unlimited on Dec 3rd. Once I received the product, it was dead on arrival (Motherboard recognition issue with the GPU). So I spoke with the support team for about 4-6 hours, explaining what I assumed the issue was. I even purchased another GPU from a local supplier to see if the GPU sent was the issue. None of the steps worked to resolve the issue, so the support team finally agreed to start the RMA process after wasting time. After all of that, I was not dissatisfied, because I understood product issue can happen. Though the following customer service that I received was absolutely terrible. So I repacked the product, following the return packaging guidelines provided to me (Which I just repacked exactly how I received it). Then drove to the UPS store to return, just to find out the return shipping label link they sent to me was invalid. So I reached back out to the support team for another link. They said sorry, we won't be able to send another link till tomorrow. At this point, I was getting dissatisfied with the process. The following day Dec 9th, I returned to the UPS store with a new link and sent the pc back. I was notified Friday morning, Dec 12th, that they received the product. "Great," I thought they would review it, and I will have a new one sent the following Monday. Considering it is a pre-built product and not a custom unit. It's literally marketed as a ready-to-go, tested pc lol. I waited till the following Tuesday (Dec 16) and was not given an update. So I reached out regarding the status, and was told that it would be shipped out by the end of the week (Dec 18-19). It is now Dec 22, Monday afternoon, and I haven't received any update on a $3500 pre-built pc that was originally ordered on Dec 3rd. I recently contacted the support for a full refund instead. I'm sure that process will be extremely smooth.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Your system did unfortunately arrive dead on arrival (DOA) due to a motherboard-to-GPU detection issue. While this is rare, we recognize how frustrating it is—especially on a high-value, ready-to-ship system. Our support team spent time troubleshooting with you to fully confirm the failure before initiating the RMA, which is done to avoid unnecessary returns and delays. Once the system was received back at our facility, it entered our repair process. Even for prebuilt systems, we do not re-ship a unit without full inspection and stress testing to ensure the replacement is completely stable and does not repeat the issue. Our goal is to send back a fully verified, problem-free PC, not to rush a system out the door. To resolve this as quickly as possible, we are shipping a replacement system with free expedited shipping at no cost to you. Tracking will be provided as soon as the system ships. We understand the frustration caused by the timing and communication gaps, especially during the holiday season, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We appreciate the opportunity to make this right and thank you for your patience while we work to complete the replacement properly.

Your salesmen were very helpful in working through what I needed in my Desktop build. The checkout process and your wavering prices day to day was painful! In addition to that it is coming up on a month since I ordered my computer and they haven't even started building it yet, let alone shipping.

the initial buying part was super simple. less than 2 months later pc broke sent back got damage had to pay for new parts. fast forward a year later im having gpu issues and I make a ticket request for repair they immediately close the ticket roughly 24 hours later. no response no help nothing. I highly recommend building your own or finding someone local that will help you. I will never buy another product from this company

Hi Levi, Thank you for sharing your experience. We want to address this clearly for anyone reading. After reviewing our support systems, we do not see any record of an email, chat, or phone contact from you related to the GPU concern you mentioned. We never intentionally close support requests without resolution, and if a ticket was closed automatically, it would typically be due to no response to a follow-up message—which we document on our end. For transparency: • We respond to all support emails within 1–2 business days • Customers can reach us via [email protected] , live chat on our website, or Apple Messages • Our support interactions are logged across email, chat, and phone systems Regarding shipping damage, as outlined in our warranty and shipping policies, damage caused during transit is handled through documented inspection and carrier procedures. We work with customers to resolve those situations, but replacement parts due to shipping damage are not automatically covered without the required claim documentation. We genuinely want to help and would welcome the opportunity to assist you directly. If you still need support, please contact us through one of the channels above so we can review and resolve this properly. — XOTIC PC Support Team

Look elsewhere - they do not test

I purchased a $5,000 custom Sager laptop from XoticPC. It arrived with non-working external ports, and I had to buy Windows 11 just to prove it. I then paid $300 to ship it back for repairs. Months later, I was told I’d need to pay again to get it shipped back. The motherboard was faulty from the start, despite their claim that all laptops are tested. XoticPC’s service is slow, expensive, and unreliable—look elsewhere. Updated Review / Reply to XoticPC Thank you for your response, but I need to clarify a few points for anyone reading: While the laptop is built by Sager, XoticPC is the distributor and the company I purchased from, responsible for delivering a fully functional system. Their website claims that all laptops are tested before shipping — clearly, this was not done in my case, as the external ports did not work out of the box. Having to purchase Windows 11 just to prove the ports didn’t work, pay $300 to ship the system for repairs, and then wait months for resolution, demonstrates a failure on XoticPC’s part to ensure their product meets basic functionality before shipping. Shifting blame to Sager does not change that the system left XoticPC’s hands defective, and I should not bear the cost and delay caused by their testing and quality control failure. For prospective buyers: XoticPC distributes and assembles systems using Sager parts, but they claim to test all laptops themselves — which they did not in my experience. Their service is slow, expensive, and unreliable. Look elsewhere if you want a fully tested, functional laptop without months of hassle.

We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and want to clarify a few important points for anyone reading. The system purchased was a Sager-built laptop. Sager is the manufacturer and performs hardware-level diagnostics on all systems prior to shipment, regardless of whether an operating system is included. An operating system is not required to validate motherboard or port functionality during factory testing. When the issue was identified, the system was processed through Sager’s warranty channel and the motherboard was replaced under warranty. This is the appropriate resolution for a hardware fault and does not indicate the system was knowingly shipped defective. For customers located in Canada, return shipping and reshipment costs for warranty service are the customer’s responsibility. This is a standard cross-border policy due to customs, brokerage, and international freight costs, and it applies both to XOTIC PC and Sager. These terms are disclosed at the time of purchase. We understand that extended timelines and international shipping costs can be frustrating, especially with a high-value purchase. Our team worked to coordinate the repair with the manufacturer and remains available to assist further. We encourage the customer to contact us directly if there are any remaining concerns, as we are always willing to help work toward a resolution.
