Never Received Anything . Sunglasses under order nr 30REXPT2WE have been scanned 30 times by USPS So far But seem in an Endless Loop Around Tampa Without getting to me .

XP Health has great affordable options that fit even my -7.0 prescription. The selection isn't vast but I found a few eyeglasses and sunglasses that fit my style. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was their warranty. I broke my eyeglasses within the window and they got me a replacement in 2 weeks. Thanks!

I love this extra benefit that my company is using. I have told all of my co-workers they should be using it too. XP health has so many different brands to choose form. I especially love if they don't work for you, you just send them back and find another pair. The pricing is so good that I can have multiple glasses to choose from I will be using XP Health again this year.

Generally found the website to be super intuitive and easy to use self-service. The two times I've run into issues where I needed to reach out (once when I changed my name and another when someone stole my contacts), customer support was very helpful and responsive.

I have never ordered prescription glasses before online. The process was very easy and computer friendly. There is someone always there to help and answer questions. The Eye Dr. I spoke to about my prescription was Awesome and helped me so much. I would recommend this company always. Honestly Great company and people. I have 2 pairs that fit great and ready to order contacts also! The prices are great and have all name brand eye wear. The shipping comes on time and always sends notifications when they arrive.

I like the price, but there are a few drawbacks. I had to change eye doctors because it is hard to find an eye doctor that will take this insurance, and I imagine it is going to get harder because the one I went to this year was not happy that I could not buy through them. I do appreciate the lower prices, but I don't love the frames I got, and I'm annoyed that they are a bit too loose around my ears and there is no one to resize them, so I have to be careful that they don't fall off. Using warm water and then trying to carefully bend them did not work, and I already know the eye doctor does not want to help me with glasses I could not buy through them.

I made a mistake with ordering the wrong contacts for my prescription. Contacted the company and they responded same day. I explained what happened and they quickly fixed it. They sent out an email explaining the fix and asked if they could change the credit card on file. Sent out that same day. Great customer service.
