Yoins is great...until you want to return an item. Trying to get a returns address has now taken me days and still they don't supply an address just endless emails asking for pictures, reason for return, offers to pay half. I just want an address to send it back to and get refund.......why is that so hard

Clothes arrived within 3/4 weeks .... the items I ordered were back ordered hence the long delivery wait. Was kept updated through the app.

I ordered 7 different items of clothing, coming to a total of £107. I ordered these on the 29th April. I still have not received a single item of clothing from them. I have tried contacting the company to get my money back but I still haven’t had any response from them, other than the automatic robot. Do not waste your money on this company! I will never be ordering from Yoins again.

Can only make comment on the good service i received from customer service and not on the clothes i ordered as i had to cancel my order as it had still not been processed for shipping on the 3rd june and i ordered on the 22 may !!! Thought they would of definitely been here for my holiday which started 5 june . As lovely as the items looked i cannot make comment but just wish there had been a more communication through the processing stage apparently after ordering alot of items it was just 1 item which was holding the shipping out and i only got message for this on the 2nd june surely they would of known earlier that it was out of stock and let me know sooner. I would like to use yoins again as the clothes do look really nice but unfortunately for me the processing stage took too long

I have been very impressed with this company the sizes are not true to size ive had to order 2 sizes bigger. For the price you pay for the clothes the quality is fine, the only negative is how long you have to wait for delivery. I have ordered bigger sizes and Yoins havent charged any postage and given me 50% off and allowed me to keep original dresses so im more than happy cant ask for any more than that
