Zazzle "dazzles me:" with great customer service!
I have had the need twice this week to reach out to Zazzle customer service in regard to a couple of the jigsaw puzzles I had issues with. One of the puzzles, which was a recreation of a design I created,duplicated it perfectly, but the quality of the pieces was not as great as all the others I had gotten from them in the past and I was unable to properly glue it. There was also another incident on a different puzzle in which the colors on the website misled me to think they were what I was looking for (this was not a Zazzle error, just hard to make out the colors,) but because of my being unhappy they provided me with a discount code on future orders. On the most recent order I got a complimentary replacement and expedited shipping! Zazzle goes out of its way to satisfy their customers and this is a rare commodity in this day and age, but they are great!
I messed up my own order
I messed up my own order, and they still sent me a free replacement. The cards are beautiful and our guests will be stunned with their invites to our fundraising gala. Thank you Zazzle for being so forgiving, especially considering I work for a nonprofit for teenage girls in foster care!

It was almost exactly what I ordered
It was almost exactly what I ordered, unfortunately when you look at the design I sent them and the shirt I had printed you miss out on a lot of my design. The main gist is there and you can tell what’s going on in the design but the background aesthetics are almost non existent and the lettering is much darker than the photo that was sent. So yes it was close but everything I was trying to accomplish for my brothers birthday present is only partially there.

Total rip off
Total rip off. Paid £117 for watch. Looks like something you’d win at a fair. No exaggeration. Incredibly cheap materials. Doesn’t even keep accurate time. Ordered women’s size but it’s a hideously big man’s size . Looking at the picture you’d assume it’s smaller and delicate. I can honestly say this is the worst purchase of my life. Sending it back.

Annoying
They looked great then I kept getting spam emails wanting me to say if I reciebed them or not and that was just a scam to try and get a review. Also the emails have nothing to do with if you recieved the product or not because a review is required to submit an answer even....so dont try and play dumb or innocent when you know its review farming
