The trip was very successful on different levels. The initial contact with the travel company was easy and very effective. The planning became very simple after the initial contact. The choice of the sites for our visit became simple after the great suggestions from the agents. The trip itself was coordinated beautifully with efficient transfer to the various hotels and sites. The constant messages regarding time and way for arrival at different locations was very helpful. The sites themself were extraordinary, particularly the visits to Capri and Ravelo. Amalfi itself was compromised by the hot weather, but the guide was excellent. The fact that she was local allowed us to see the town from a less touristic view. The only day that was a little disappointing was the day in SantAgata which did not live up to our expectations and the beach in Positano which in the future we may avoid. Overall we were very happy with every aspect of the trip. We highly recommend the company that took care of us.
Benyamin, thank you for sharing your experience with us! We’re so pleased to hear your trip came together so smoothly and that the visit to Capri and your local guide in Amalfi made such a lasting impression. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts about Sant'Agata and the beach in Positano as well, and we'll be sure to pass that feedback along. Thank you for your recommendation, and we hope to help you plan another memorable journey. Melanie Traveler Care Team
We used Zicasso for the first time this summer and it was a wonderful experience. I was referred by a friend who used Zicasso for several European trips and it turned out to be the best decision. We found our travel agency through Zicasso for a group of 8 woman (ages 43-55) to enjoy a 9 day experience through Croatia. The agency they connected us with was well organized, professional and able to adjust to our needs. Our trip is over but the memories are amazing!

This was my first time booking a trip with Zicasso. The process was seamless. They connected me with a local provider in Canada who scheduled a fabulous trip for my daughter and me in the Canadian Rockies. They were also very responsive when at one point along the trip we hit a little glitch, so an adventure had to be rescheduled. I will definitely use them again.

I wanted to plan the perfect trip to Italy for my family but didn’t know where to start. Zicasso made it so simple! All I had to do was pick a few locations I wanted to go to with approximate dates. I was connected with 2 travel experts that came up with itineraries as a starter. It was a difficult choice to pick one as they were both great. I spoke to both on the phone then I followed my heart. My family and I had a wonderfully planned trip. I highly recommend Zicasso to help you plan your next trip!
