Providing a outstanding travel planning experience
Zicasso provided an outstanding travel planning experience from beginning to end. The platform made it easy to connect with knowledgeable travel specialists who carefully listened to my preferences and designed an itinerary that matched my interests and budget. Every part of the trip was thoughtfully organized, from accommodations and transportation to unique local experiences that I would not have found on my own. Communication throughout the planning process was prompt, professional, and clear. Any questions or requests were handled quickly, giving me confidence that everything was under control before and during the trip. The recommendations felt personalized rather than generic, making the journey feel truly special. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the commitment to creating a seamless travel experience. The travel specialist took the time to understand what I wanted and offered valuable suggestions that enhanced my itinerary without being pushy. Croatia
First, the itinerary was very detailed with times, destinations, names and phone numbers. We knew where we were going and when. Second, the sites picked for visiting were very good. Zagred, Split, Dubrovnik, Plitvice and Krka were all amazing in their own way. The guides and drivers were excellent. The accomodations were very comfortable.
Iceland Adventure
Guides were very special and gave a great deal of information. Variety of sites was overwhelming.

We had the best time. The team was available on WhatsApp and responded promptly. I never felt "lost." Our guides were fun, knowledgeable, and professional. We would definitely travel with them again. The itinerary offered a little bit of everything. The whole trip was memorable.

Two weeks in Paris and northern France🇫🇷
During the planning phase, communication with our Zicasso specialists was prompt and helpful, beginning several months prior to our trip to France. They listened to our input and revised the itinerary as needed, until it resulted in a proposal that met our budget, our needs AND all of our bucket list wants. We felt supported during our travels in July, and when a few adjustments were necessary due to the heatwave in Paris, we were promptly informed and the changes quickly made to our itinerary. All in all, it was a fabulous two weeks in northern France, from Paris to Normandy, Mont St Michel, Saint Malo and the Loire Valley. The true testimony is that we sat in the airport gate at Charles de Gaulle—a bit exhausted—-but already planning what we’ll do on our next visit to France!

Zicasso experience was…perfect, fun, bucket list
Zicasso experience was perfect.....agenda, hotels, guides, drivers all contributed to an amazing Ireland trip for 9. In addition, we made several necessary changes (like new granddaughter) to the itinerary - all handled very well. Highly recommend

Good travel ideas, but the planning process was uneven
The service connected me with useful travel options, but the quality and responsiveness of the planning process varied. Some suggestions were thoughtful, while others felt generic and did not fully reflect the preferences I provided. Communication also slowed down at important points.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate your honesty and the opportunity to learn from your experience. I'm sorry to hear that your planning experience felt inconsistent. While I'm glad we were able to connect you with some travel ideas you found valuable, I understand how frustrating it is when recommendations don't fully reflect your preferences or when communication slows during important moments. I've reached out through Trustpilot in hopes that we can connect and better understand your experience. We'd truly appreciate the opportunity to learn more about what happened, both so we can improve the areas you highlighted and, if possible, demonstrate the level of personalized service and responsiveness that we strive to provide every traveler. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to speak with you. Tom Skalka Traveler Care Team

Perfectly planned , all we needed to do was show up
We had an absolute dream trip to Italy! Traveling as a family of five, we visited Rome, Florence, San Gimignano , Greve, Siena, Cinque Terre and Venice, along with many beautiful towns and smaller areas throughout the country. The wonderful Airbnb accommodations were thoughtfully chosen, and every detail of our trip was carefully planned. The local tour guides were incredibly knowledgeable and gave us a truly authentic experience. Our private transfers , train transfer, and private tours were efficient, informative, and made traveling from place to place seamless and stress-free. The communication between all tour guides and transport were great as well as the Airbnb host for contacting us in advance to prepare us for our arrival. One of our favorite parts of the trip was discovering the smaller, less-touristy areas within the larger cities—places we likely never would have found on our own. Exploring Tridente for shopping and Trestavere in Rome for a private pizza, making class ( highly recommend) and artisan shops and excellent restaurants with a vibrant nightlife. Florence was wonderful but we had the opportunity to travel to a few other areas such as Siena, Greve and San Gimignano. We even had a private vineyard tour and chefs meal while in Chianti. A must see is the walk to the Boboli Gardens on Ponte Vecchio and on the way back to our apartment a stop at Piazzale Michelangelo. While staying in Cinque Terre (Monterosso al Mare) be sure to take a private boat to visit all of the other villages and maybe even snorkel. The water is so clear! Venice had great history but we also enjoyed our boat tour to Murano to watch the glass process and Burano filled with gorgeous multi colored homes and artisan shops. Every experience felt personal, meaningful, and special. This trip was truly an absolute dream, and we are so grateful for your help making our family vacation to Italy unforgettable. We highly recommend to anyone looking to plan an incredible, seamless, and memorable trip!
