My husband and I recently took a fabulous three week private driving trip around Ireland. We had looked at several options, but couldn't find what we were looking for. A friend recommended Zicasso to plan a trip that was designed for what we wanted. After contacting Zicasso, a trip of a life time was planned. The trip was wonderful and the follow through was great.

Anna was wonderful & exceptional to listening to me. I had many requests to see/do what I wanted & she made it happen. She was able to help me see/celebrate my friend’s birthday (he was even able to join me on tour one of the days) & thoroughly enjoyed it (just as much as I did). (He lives in Greece part of the year). Having someone at the airport each time & providing tour guides with my sightseeing was just great! I have made new friends along the way & will be in contact when I return (sooner than later)!
Erin, thank you for sharing your experience with us! We're so pleased to hear your travel specialist took the time to create a trip that reflected exactly what you were looking for. We retired in 2024, and a trip to Italy was on our "bucket list". After evaluating multiple travel agencies for this trip, we chose Zicasso and that was a great decision! We completed a form to define the type of trip we wanted, and subsequently an agent met with us virtually to get further clarification. Next, Zicasso connected us to two local destination management companies who developed separate itineraries for our review and consideration. One of those itineraries was well suited for our interests and we went with that one. Everything worked out as planned and we had a fabulous "once in a lifetime" tour through Italy! Thank you, Zicasso, for enabling this wonderful experience!
Gregory, thank you for sharing your experience with us! We’re so pleased to hear the opportunity to compare two personalized itineraries helped you find the perfect fit for your retirement trip to Italy. Our travel agency did a fantastic job in setting up our two-week solo journey to Switzerland. We are in our mid-70s but were able to follow the itinerary and do everything it included. Communications with the staff were timely and helpful. Including luggage transfer made it easy to travel during the day before checking into our next hotel. All accommodations were top notch and the Swiss Travel Pass, along with the Swiss Travel App, made everything easy. We recommend walking from Lauterbrunnen to the Piz Gloria tramway and take the cog railway from Wengen to the Top of Europe. In Zermatt take the Gornergrat cog railway rather than the trams to the Ice Palace. In Lucerne, take the cruse to the railway that goes up Mt. Pilatus and return on the other side by cablecar. Our travel agency made for the perfect vacation and visit to a beautiful country.

Wow, what an amazing trip!! Zicasso's travel specialist was absolutely spot on with the type of trip I was looking for. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and was able to plan the trip of a lifetime for me and my family. It was everything I had wished for and more. She put together an amazing itinerary that stayed within my budget while still offering incredible experiences. Throughout the planning process, she was attentive, responsive, and always available to answer my questions. I was especially impressed by the thoughtful personal touches she added to our trip. On my birthday, she arranged for a beautiful bouquet of flowers to be waiting for me and even surprised me with a special birthday cake. Those gestures made an already incredible vacation even more memorable and showed how much she genuinely cares about her clients. Even during the trip, I was able to reach out to her whenever I needed assistance, and her response time was immediate. Her support gave me peace of mind and made the entire experience stress-free.
