⭐☆☆☆☆ – Extremely Disappointed with xTool

I ordered and paid for the xTool Omni UV Printer back in June after being told it would be delivered in early August. That delivery date was the main reason I placed the order. After contacting xTool yesterday, I was suddenly told that my printer is now not expected until October. Had I been given an honest delivery timeframe from the start, I would have made a different decision. This delay has had a serious impact on my business. I currently have over £5,000 worth of customer orders that I cannot complete because I don’t have the machine I paid for months ago. The biggest issue isn’t just the delay—it’s the lack of honesty and communication. Customers understand delays, but they don’t appreciate being given unrealistic delivery dates to secure a sale. For a company of xTool’s size, I expected far better communication and customer service. Instead, I’ve been left chasing updates and dealing with the consequences of promises that haven’t been kept. Very disappointing experience, and based on this, I would struggle to recommend xTool to anyone considering the Omni UV Printer.

I purchased the Xtool M2

I purchased the Xtool M2. So far I have not been disappointed. Packages arrived timely and securely. I’m still in the process of learning to operate the machine, but it has been fairly easy so far. I can’t wait to start making personalized gifts and starting my business again!! I also liked I was able to purchase components individually, which was more affordable for me.

I have been very Impressed with the M2

I have been very Impressed with the M2. I just abouve have the engraving on Leather down. Still have some work to do on Metal and Rotary. The Inkjet is amazing. All in all its a good start to my business and will be a great stepping stone for great things to come.

Best products

In my opinion x tools makes the best laser products. The software is the easiest to learn. If you have any problems, there is always a video to help you. They do a lot of testing to make sure the product you get is the best and does what it is supposed to do.

Constant Contact With Us

The fact that customer service kept in constant contact with us every step of the way. We had to go back and forth a few times to work out details, but they worked it out.

Outside of the great technicians...

Outside of the great technicians that you guys sent out (Jon & Whitney - Great people by the way - which were Absolute Rockstars) - the whole experience has been kind of unsettling. My machine has been down since shortly after I received it and the whole process overall has been a big headache as well as disappointing.  While I appreciate that through Brian in customer service they came up with a solution and are finally replacing the machine - we then go into another phase to the saga because their shipper of choice to send it out to me (#FedEX) dropped the ball and did not even place the machine on the truck for delivery even though they continued to update the tracking as if they did. Definitely less than what I would have expected from a company like Xtool, but in the end... It appears that they are definitely trying to make things right. Still waiting on my replacement, but I hope that things will be much better going forward. #usxtoolsupport

Ssenior citizen and Xtool Lasers

I am a senior citizen who got into lasers about 3 years ago. I started with the Xtool D1 because it was affordable for a person on Social Security and was said to be easy to learn to operate. At the time I was 74 yrs old, to old to learn new tricks I thought. I was amazed how easy it was to operate and the finished product was fantastic. I started selling my products and doing quite well. Since that time I have purchased a xtool F1, S1, P2, and just purchased the Xtool M2 printer/laser which I really like already. I have also purchased 2 air purifiers, one attached to the F1 which I have set up in my spare bedroom/office. That has my wife's blessing for getting rid of burning wood smell. I have had zero maintenance problems with any machine.

You won't find a better Brand

M overall experence with xtool has been fantastic. I started my laser journey with a different manufacturer and had nothing but issues and poor responces to questions. When I purchased my first xtool machien The F1 it was night and day difference. The online tutorials were top notch the user software is incredibly intuitive, I now own 4 different xtool lasers the f1, f1 ultra, f2 ultra uv and p2s. I can not say a bad thing about any of them. The xtool studio gets better with every update and build quality and performance is amazing. I am awaiting the deliverary of the omni uv printer and absolutly can't wait to see how it stakes up with the Eufy make that I am currently useing. I have a feeling it will blow it out of the water.

The xtool m2 is a very good machine with the printer your can do a lot and so can the laser I made several large stickers and projects and it work so well and the software is so easy to use I learn from zero and now it’s like nothing this software helps you a lot

I use x tool products daily I have the xtool s1 laser for engraving. I have been using it for a little over two years and it is still going strong. I make all kinds of thing from cutting out earrings to engraving cutting board. I just recently purchased the xtool dtf apparel printer I have made about 20 shirts so far and it is working great. If you want to know more about it give me a couple months and I’d be happy to give a full review on it. The Xtool products have been great for my little business and the family.
