YAMM is a great tool!

I have used YAMM for years, but always on a computer. Today I needed help figuring out how to use it on my iPad. Got a very quick response from the help team, which led to my mail merge getting sent out within about 10 minutes of sending the request. Simple tool, incredible value!

Quick Resolution of an Issue

I used YAMM for a mail merge and determined that a particular functionality of the software was not working. I reached out to customer support, explained my issue and within 15 minutes the problem was identified and corrected. The software then operated normally. While YAMM was unable to pinpoint the cause of the malfunction, user error (me) could not be ruled out entirely.

The product is FANTASTIC. The support is FANTASTIC. I just have one thing to say: F A N T A S T I C. 💫 Seriously tho, I couldn't have asked for an easier tool. I've used all the CRMs and other mail merge tools and I literally just want something that does exactly what this tool does. I'm in control. Easy breezy
