This dealmirror is a scam. I purchased two lifetime deals and was provided outdated instructions to follow. After figuring out the latest way to redeem the codes, the codes never worked. And the lifetime deal never applied to my accounts. I contacted support and they never responded. The website for the lifetime deal customer support never responded either. I requested for full refund and they still haven’t responded. I can’t believe I fell for the good reviews about this dealmirror. All along they’re a scam.

I purchased a hosting service that was explicitly advertised as a "lifetime" (one-time payment) deal, only to have the server company cancel it without my consent. Furthermore, the billing was set up as a subscription, meaning I was on the verge of being charged monthly. I contacted customer support, but the representative was incompetent and didn't even seem to be reading my emails properly. I never want to do business with them again!

Positive experience, after resolving issues, with a positive customer service outcome.
Returning here to adjusting my review from a 1 star rating to a 4 star rating.
It took a few messages to try to get my BerqWP PRO plugin installed and also a few to get my refund pushed through. After my review here they contacted me same day. Refunding my money I spend and giving me free credit in my dealmirror account worth of 49 dollar. Together with a clear explanation that they where also waiting for BergWP to resolve the issue, which they didn't.
Sooo, because in the start up the communication could have been more clear and active no 5 stars, but the dealmirror team catched up very good, and resolved everything with good customer service.

If you compare it with other platforms - like one huge well-known giant - this one has pretty reasonable purchase and refund policies. I haven’t personally returned anything yet, but I’ve seen others do it successfully.
I do wish there were more variety, but it is what it is. I once had an incident where a product was a bit raw - I reached out to support, they replied right away, but couldn’t fix it immediately and started pushing the developers.
A couple of days later, the issue was resolved and the product worked perfectly. Before that, I had bought a tool that builds funnels and automates both routine and complex tasks - and I’m still thrilled with it.
Overall, I recommend the platform, but make sure to read the terms carefully and always remember that some products might not take off or could get discontinued - that’s not really the platform’s fault, even though they do screen the listings.
