Customer Service at its best! At age 65, I just want to be able to open up my documents, use them like I always do and save them. Something changed along the way and I didn't want to save everything online! JAI is my Superstar!!! Wow! I had purchased the Microsoft Office Home 2024 for Mac software recently; however, I was never able to get it to work satisfactorily.
