They helped me to install my software purchased from Groupon
I purchased my software on Groupon and I had trouble loading the software onto my computer. And to be honest, the issue was on my end. It turns out that the video that Gosoftware provides has more detailed installation instructions than what is written. Who knew? :-). But once I contacted them for help, the tech support gentlemen was like a rock star! He walked me through it via text, step-by-step, and within a few minutes, I was up and running! You've gotta love that!
