JAI is my Superstar!!!
JAI is my Superstar!!! Wow! I had purchased the Microsoft Office Home 2024 for Mac software recently; however, I was never able to get it to work satisfactorily. I even had two "help" sessions with other tech support individuals for a total of maybe five hours. However.... Today, I responded to an email from GoSoftware asking me if I am satisfied with my purchase. I expressed my strong dismay with the product. So, in very short order, I received a message asking me for a phone number at which I could be reached. The result? Jai was absolutely TERRIFIC and extremely patient as he took control of my computer and worked his magic! Now, I am able to use MIcrosoft Work after being profoundly dissatisfied. And, I give Jai the entire credit for getting me going again. Please increase his paycheck, because as I interact with other computer users, I will tell them abou Jai and GoSoftware because of the magic I experienced today!
