Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! I purchased the MS Office 2024 Lifetime License in May 2026. Installation was quick and easy, and everything worked perfectly. I didn't use any of the Office applications again until late June. When I tried to open them, none of them would let me use the software. Instead, I received error messages stating that it was a corporate product or that the product key was invalid. I wasn't sure what had happened, since everything had worked perfectly when I first installed it. I contacted customer support, and the representative was incredibly helpful. He provided me with a new product key and patiently walked me through the activation process step by step. Everything is working perfectly now. Excellent customer service!

I bought a Groupon Lifetime Office 2024 license, and after 1 year it does not work. GoSoftware will not provide me a new Product Key, supposedly there is a contractual issue with Groupon, so most licenses are invalid. I spoke with GS customer service and all I was told is go their website and buy another product.

Do not recommend purchasing from this company. I purchased MS Office from this company 9/25. It worked for several months than all of a sudden I tried to use it and got an error message that the key code they gave me is not valid. I have reached out to them 3 times providing them with all the info they requested. Each time I got no response.
I believe this is essentially a scam company.
Essentially, I believe this is a scam company that is selling bogus/fraudulent licenses for Microsoft products. I didn't realize that when I purchased from them through Groupon. The key provided was reported by Microsoft as not valid. When I reached out to customer support, the Groupon email was deactivated, and when I attempted to chat with them via their site, I was told they don't offer any support for Groupon purchases.
Delivered software without a useable license key
I purchased a Groupon offer for what were represented as 2 perpetual licenses for Microsoft Office. What they delivered was a link to download an enterprise version of the software, and they provided a software key for which all of the available licenses had been activated. They have not responded to any of my requests for help.

I purchased Microsoft Office a while back and had to reinstall the software. The key was not working. I got on the chat with Sam and he was wonderful. He stayed with me until it was completely installed. We had several issues but he did not give up. I am so thankful to all his effort!

He was very friendly, patient and supportive! 24 hours later Tech Jail called to be sure my computer is working properly with the Microsoft product I bought! Very kind! Help with forgotten PW
I received feedback in a timely manner, was given answers to questions, and didn't have to do much really. The agent provided me with all the necessary information (which is really great if you don't know what you're doing). The only reason it's not 5 stars is that I did ask a couple of questions that weren't answered; they didn't really need to be, but I noticed. I understand they are busy. All in all, it was a good experience, and the agent provided me with a new download when I needed Microsoft reinstalled for a new computer and couldn't recall my password.
