STOLE MY MONEY! DONT BUY LTD FROM THEM
Stole my money even tho I refunded with in the 30 day period. I Ask for a refund 6 of october order #311593 so far no money and they stop answerd my mail. Recommend anyone not to buy your LTD from them. They also say this in the refund email "we don't want to hold your refund. You are still under our refund policy. We just want to make your experience with us good." But they do exacly the opisite... so my experiance totally sucked. If I ask for a REFUND then I want a REFUND -nothing else. Can't be so hard to understand right :D Rekommend not to buy anything from them, just terrible when you refund something. Thats my experiance.

Some questionable offerings, but support came through
DealMirror sells a lot of questionable software and website hosting offerings. I recently had one software become inaccessible just four months after purchase. The developer wouldn't respond to questions, and I told DealMirror support about this experience, and they said they would reach out to the developer. I have followed up with DealMirror twice and have gotten no response. Still, DealMirror sells this software. With another software, the developer twice asked me to download new versions and, both times, the downloaded version was incorrect (developer mistake). I spent time on live chat over this app, and it never worked. Refunded. With a website hosting service, the company wasted so much of my time in seeking website migration help, which they advertised. After weeks of communication and coming up on a deadline, I had to pivot and go elsewhere. I had to get my credit card company involved to reverse the charge. These are my three most-recent experiences with DealMirror. Finally, DealMirror stars aren't filled in, so even if you rate software to be one star, shoppers see stars with black borders and white interiors. Why even have stars if you don't intend to communicate what the ratings are to your audience? EDIT: DealMirror says in its response that it will follow up, but I never received any info. In fact, I wrote DealMirror on August 21 and September 5, 2025, and got no response. I edited my review for this update and to remove one star, leaving DealMirror with the lowest rating. LATEST EDIT: DealMirror wound up removing one application after the developer was very slow to respond and then didn't respond in 24 hours when asked to. Bumped up one star. The thing is, I had to send seven emails and write this review and show it to them twice for them to take action. No store credit or refund was ever mentioned. EVEN LATEST EDIT: DealMirror refunded me for this April 2025 purchase, so I added back a star. Altogether, 20 emails total between both parties over this matter, so it was a lot of time. I can't consider four or five stars, as of now, because I had a horrid experience with RARHost that involved much stress and credit card reversal.

Deal mirror are a great and trustworthy place to buy lifetime deals. I've been Facebook friends with Akash for years now. He is responsive and has never done anything to make me doubt his trustworthiness. Deal mirror has some really good deals sometimes so it's worth checking.

Do not expect customer support from DealMirror
After investing in a lifetime deal on DealMirror years ago, I've been consistently denied access to features explicitly promised in the terms and conditions. Despite persistent efforts to resolve this issue—contacting product support for years and DealMirror directly for over two months—I've received no resolution. What's particularly concerning is that DealMirror continues to allow this vendor to sell on their platform despite documented failure to honor their commitments to existing customers. This suggests a serious lack of vendor accountability within their marketplace. DealMirror's customer support ranks among the worst I've experienced across LTD platforms. When I escalated my concerns directly to platform leadership, instead of addressing the legitimate issues raised, they simply ignored my communications. This pattern of behavior raises significant red flags for any business considering DealMirror as a trusted partner. Potential customers and vendors should be aware of these practices before committing to any deals on this platform. My experience demonstrates a troubling gap between what's promised and what's delivered, with no meaningful recourse when problems arise.

I have been using dealmirror since April 2024, and the service just keeps getting better. Starting with the overall design it completely changed, now its much more modern and user friendly, but the most important part is the quality of the support, they offer live support on WhatsApp and on Facebook. The deals they offer keep getting better in terms of quality, and from personal experience anytime I had any minor issue they always solved it. Definitely recommend this service.
