These things are incredibly custom

These things are incredibly custom, so I understand the difficulty in pricing something. We went through multiple versions and multiple sizes. They helped me understand pros and cons and learned what was in my budget to offer alternatives. Could not be happier with how it turned out for my office. I got a neon light with a dimmer. The lower end has a nice glow to it even for daily use in my home office.

Professional Product, Phenomenal Customer Service

Cherry May is an absolutely phenomenal Sales Consultant! I work at the Halcyon Hotel as the Catering Sales Manager and I reconnected with Yellowpop after learning that they created our "Odd Bird" neon sign on our rooftop bar. Cherry responded to me right away and invited me to connect her directly with clients if I need any assistance. I now have three clients who have signed up through Yellowpop to create a custom neon sign and all three had great things to say about Cherry. They all remarked about her professionalism and the speed of delivery from Yellowpop. I have seen two of the signs so far and they look great.

Great Company!

They were so helpful and very communicable. Their proving was fabulous. We had 1 extremely minor issue, it was resolved in less than 1 week. When the product arrived we were blown away as to how beautiful it was. I highly recommend Yellowpop for any of your neon signs!

Fun light.

My light came packaged nicely and arrived to me quickly with no problems. I actually really admire the light and like to look at it. Keith Haring is one of my favorite artists, so it's nice to have a piece of his artwork in my house. Maybe down the road we will purchase another one. Yellowpop definitely did not disappoint.

They did not flag an issue with the…

They did not flag an issue with the provided PNG file in mockup approval process and before production (final product was very pixelated due to wrong DPI file). At no point was it mentioned to me that the provided file would result in a less-than-optimal appearance, nor did the actual mockup surface this issue. Yet the customer service team blamed me for approving the mockup that showed no issues. Yellowpop needs to be better at highlighting potential production issues in the mockup approval process to avoid wasted time and money.

This is the company for custom signs!!!

I ordered a sign from them as a gift for my friend who opened a business. I was unsure how the experience would go as I’ve had unpleasant experiences with custom work before but I cannot say enough how thoroughly impressed I am with the service and product! I requested a quote and gave an image of how I would like the sign to look. Within two days they came back and gave me a quote on the sign and a mock up of the product. I had to make some edits and it was very easy to get it done and their response time is very quick.They kept me up to date on the progress of the sign and when it was ready to be shipped. Now shipping is where it gets hairy and not by their fault at all. I’m not sure if they always use UPS but that’s the delivery service for my package and UPS was such a pain. However, Yellow pop customer service handled the issues professionally, promptly and communicated effectively with me throughout it all. After almost two weeks of us going back and forth with UPS the sign was delivered and I was able to see the sign in person. It is beautiful! They did such an excellent job making it look exactly how i wanted it. I could not be more happy.

Very deceiving advertising

Very deceiving advertising. They do not tell you that the NY Yankee sign is the only sign that is rechargeable and portable. Be aware that all the other signs have very obtrusive, elaborate and noticeable electric chords

Great experience from ordering to receiving.

This was my first time ordering a custom sign so I must admit I didn’t really know what I was doing nor which company was reputable. I did a very quick review-read of various companies and I kept coming back to Yellowpop. So I took a chance on them. The ordering process was seamless! No issues at all! I really enjoyed the constant updates they sent out. The product was made pretty quickly and I received it sooner than they anticipated. The packaging was great too! I opened the box to inspect the product for any damage since it’s for my sons birthday in October. They made sure it was thoroughly protected! The product itself is great! With only a visual inspection, there were no issues. I didn’t plug it in because it required me to do unwrap things and I didn’t want to do that. Great experience all around!
