Two faulty units. Poor quality. Slow resolution.
I ordered a Keith Haring Barking Dog PopBox for £319.
The first unit arrived in the original branded packaging but had multiple finish defects on the frame. I reported this and a replacement was sent.
The replacement arrived without the original box, in a basic cardboard box with minimal protection. It also had visible defects, making this the second faulty unit.
The process took over a month from order to refund. Responses were slow and I had to chase several times.
I requested a refund, which was processed after I returned the item.
At this price, the quality and service are not acceptable. I would not recommend.

We’d been looking for accent lights for…
We’d been looking for accent lights for our sides of the bed, and as someone who has a deep appreciation for Keith Haring, I immediately saw this as a tribute to him and New York on my side, with the Love People piece for my husband. We’re so glad we chose them. They look incredible, and the neon gives off a really sexy red glow when the lights are off. Thank you, Yellowpop, for including his collection, it’s truly appreciated.
I wanted to get my husband a sign for his podcast studio. He’s been a podcaster for 14 years. I felt it was time for him to have something to really represent his fantastic show. I ordered his sign from Yellowpop and so glad that I did. The quality is fantastic. The Yellowpop team did everything I requested while constructing and they didn’t hesitate to message me back in a timely manner… I will definitely order again!
This was my first time ordering from Yellowpop, or buying a neon light. After researching several companies and reading reviews my daughter and I chose Yellowpop because of the excellent reviews and the choices for fonts/sizes/colors. I purchased three name signs for my grandchildren for Christmas. The lights were a huge hit and even the adults were asking why they didn't get a sign! Needless to say this will not be my last purchase.
Wonderful company! I ordered the neon sign I'd wanted for a long time, I finally went for it, and it was the best experience. The product is super very highly recommended, amazing quality. Now my barking dog is hanging on my wall! 5 stars! The remote control is a great extra feature, fantastic! I'm very happy with my neon sign in honor of my dog. Thank you so much! My experience with Yellow Pop was fantastic. I ordered a personalized neon sign for my daughter's 10th birthday. When it arrived one portion of a letter was defective and when it was lit, it displayed a different color than the rest of the sign. I contacted customer service via email and sent photos, requesting a replacement. I received a prompt response from Marvin De Luna. He said he would send this along to his team. I didn't hear back after a few days (maybe a week?). I followed up with Marvin and he said they would be sending out a replacement right away. And they did! The new sign arrived in perfect condition.
