Overall, I liked the product & the idea of creating a custom interior sign that illuminates with LED is AWESOME! I think YellowPop offers a great product to fill this niche'. However, when the sign arrived, I noticed some minor flaws in the printing - which in the future, I will know how to correct. I will say, however, the colors for the print...looked FABULOUS! There was also an issue with RGB LED. ALL of the colors displayed as they should...however, when selecting the GREEN, a small portion of the LED displayed as RED. It was very noticeable to the point that GREEN is not an option for display. Finally, there was an issue with shipping. I don't blame YellowPop for this since shipping is out of their control. But, it should be noted that the acrylic substrate was cracked (in the corner) when it arrived. Perhaps, extra attention to the corners during packaging could eliminate this?? Not sure?? I do want to underscore that I think YellowPop offers a great product for interior custom signs. There's just some minor (or major) bugs that need fixed to address the issues I was presented with. I will certainly be ordering from YellowPop in the future, but I will have these issues in mind when I do.

LA Angels Neon Signs are an attractive product. I bought the rounded logo and Letter A halo sign. The rounded logo is not of the same quality as the other and the price reflects that. The initial sale was through your ad on Instagram and the discount was unclear. I had to make numerous requests to clarify it. You had an auto email response system that failed to recognize my questions and tried to get me to finalize my order. That was unprofessional and inconvenient. I wanted to particularly commend Leksa of your CS staff who made a big effort to help me. When the product arrived it only contained one of the items unlike what had been represented in your shipping email. Leksa responded that they were separated and the other product arrived the next business day. I am not very good at manual tasks and instructions but I found the instructions only marginally adequate. Apparently I needed a drill to install the signs. That was not made clear in your sales documents. The packages arrived with blue tape on them and seemed to be opened before they arrived. Not sure why. The signs are up and I am generally happy with them. I tried to be as transparent as possible here.
