Filling out these papers by myself would have been difficult, there's so many mistakes I made and things I missed when I filled out the papers. But having You Form check them and give me feedback, i was able to correct them.

Do not trust them. In May I went to them to start working on my divorce. I needed information so I went back in June and started filling out the paperwork. When it asked to do the review I started putting in my card info but canceled before putting in my card. I kept working on my forms off and on through the month and it asked to pay for the review when I closed them each time.
In July I went back to keep working on the forms when I had the money on the card I wanted to pay. But before I did it I wanted to get some questions clarified. I wanted to know if it was pay per document or for all of them. As soon as I submitted the questions I got two emails confirming a payment I never agreed to.
When trying to deal with that they claimed I was charged in June as well which I did not confirm or grant them permission to do. I did not receive any confirmation of payment at the time or I would have disputed it at the time. They have refused to refund me the money they took without consent and will not tell me how they got the full card information.
Now I have to file fraud charges through my credit card.
This is a fraudulent company. Avoid at all costs.

Hello Sara,
We’re sorry for the concern and confusion these transactions caused. We carefully reviewed your account and would like to clarify the payment history.
On June 7, you purchased our $69 Personalized Document Kit, which includes access to personalized divorce documents and filing instructions. Optional services, such as professional document review and court filing assistance, are not included in this membership and are offered separately.
Before completing a purchase, customers must agree to the membership terms, including automatic subscription renewal. After card information is entered, clicking “Proceed to Checkout” authorizes and initiates the payment.
Our support team also addressed your questions about the additional review service. Our records show that two purchase attempts for the Divorce Case Manager service were initiated, but both were declined. No payment was collected for either attempt, and the emails you received confirmed that the transactions had failed.
The completed transactions on your account were:
- The initial $69 subscription payment on June 7;
- A temporary $1 card authorization, which was reversed immediately; and
- The $69 automatic subscription renewal on July 7, which has since been refunded in full.
Because the monthly plan was still active and not scheduled for cancellation at the time, it renewed automatically, and the renewal fee was charged to the same card entered and authorized during the original purchase on June 7. The card details were not obtained from another source.
We understand how concerning an unexpected transaction can be, and we’re sorry that the distinction between the membership and optional additional services was not sufficiently clear from your experience. We hope this explanation helps clarify what occurred.
It has taken a bit longer than expected. I like the fact that they help you every step of the way. They have answered all my questions. Overall it has been a fairly easy experience.

Giving a 2 because I’m still midway. Paid $69 to start documents. Recommended a case review on sale for $319. Did get help on docs. But now I have to pay .90 to sign each document and $29.00 to notarize each doc (believe there’s 5 of them). Process is becoming more expensive and troubling each time I open a document. Hoping manager will at least call me back regarding residency form which was reason I agreed to pay for review.

This service is a straight up scam! I purchased the guidance for one question that was confusing the way it was written, but I had completed it correctly. Whether you need help completing the form or not, your money is taken. Instead of telling me that I didn't need the service because I completed everything correctly, you get a message that says, "your guidance/support has been delivered..." and the chat turns off. Huge waste of money. The service is for people who cannot read at all and it should state that. To take somebody's money when they didn't need the service is a scam in my opinion.
Also, when asking a question it took days to get back a reaponse. My question was to ensure I understood what I wrote down was accurate in a particular field that was confusing to understand.
The service can be improved by simply letting people know if they cannot read, then they should use it. Or, if you pay, but the form is completed accurately at first review, then there's nothing to charge anybody for. Be honest in your service and don't rely on the fear of clients getting something wrong on the forms to make money!
It's best for people to use AI when they come to a question they don't understand so they can save on the guidance fees. I was very disappointed on how this business relies on making money by telling you, "any little error would including punctuation can get your forms denied..."
This is a joke and can easily be done without the "guidance" fees.

Hello Denton,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear that our service did not meet your expectations.
We understand your frustration, especially if you felt that the guidance you received wasn't necessary after completing your forms on your own. Our guidance and document review service is designed to provide an additional layer of confidence by reviewing completed paperwork and helping identify potential issues before filing. Once that review has been completed, the service has been delivered.
We'd also like to clarify that the filing of documents is a separate optional service and was not included with your purchase. Your account includes filing instructions, and if any part of the filing process is unclear, our Case Management team is available to answer questions and provide clarification.
We're also sorry that you experienced a delay in receiving a response to your question. We understand how important timely assistance is during the divorce process, and we're continuously working to improve our response times.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback. It helps us identify opportunities to better explain our services and set clearer expectations so customers can choose the level of assistance that's right for them.
We wish you all the best moving forward.
