The customer service is amazing and yet again tonight they helped me out, I had to redirect the shipping so then I would receive the product on order my customer canceled. Despite the holiday they helped out so now the garment isnt wasted and ill be able to distribute it as I see fit, instead of it being sent to the original address. This isnt the first time they have helped during holiday periods and yet they did and it truly shows thier consistency as a production partner.

I love Yoycol, they have exceptional customer service, a huge selection great prices, consistent delivery high-quality. I’ve worked with them for years now and they’re one of my go to vendors. I love how I can make sports uniforms for my clients as well as high-quality shoes and just about anything else you can think of. This makes them one of the top print on demand providers in the world.
They respond in real time to issues such as needing to swap addresses for clients or any questions that come up. If clients experience logical issues with the products, they are fair in compensating or fixing the issue.
While, I’m in a different time zone than them I still experience quick responses within a reasonable timeframe.

Review of Yoycol After Five Years of Collaboration
I have been working with Yoycol for about five years now. They are outstanding in the respect that they offer unique and high-quality products that no other produce-on-demand supplier offers. For example, they offer down puffer jackets and vests, all over print cotton items, and also all over print velvet items - all of these are very good products I've sold lots of and again, no one else has. Their support are also always very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Another thing is that their shipping is fast. Finally as far as the number of apparel items, which is what I do, goes, they offer a catalog that is rich with great products. In any case and in summary, they are my top supplier I work with and so I give them a definite five stars!

The print qualities are great and production times have been accurate for me. They do respond to every message and inquiry. My only criticism is the shipping. My customers don't see an update in shipping for an extended period of time depending on the carrier.

They have been an amazing company to work with for my clothing businesses needs, when my last manufacturer shut down due to tarrifs I was stressed, luckily I found yoycol, ive gotten to work to ask for products my customers want and I need, Ive also have amazing experiences with thier team when I need any assistance, they have been a fanominal upgrade from my last manufacturer and im so happy with everything ive experienced with them to date.
Ive even recently got to talk with them about resolving an issue they were amazing, kind, curtious, through with thier follow ups and it was resolved in 2 days, would have been less of I hadnt dropped the ball on communication, overall stellar service, the old guy I could be waiting 3weeks for an email reply, and id get lost in the pile ect, never with Yoycol.
