Zip Movers called me a half hour before they were arriving, arrived on time, the 3 men were very capable and friendly. They quickly got to work and were very efficient. The main guy knew exactly what the plan was. I didn’t have to explain anything and it was all taken care of well within the time that was allotted

Everything that Zipmoving does is excellent. Someone talks to you about your needs, possible dates, and cost. I had one pick up oin Gaithersburg and then 3 deliveries in Baltimore County. I sent in a detailed list with POCs and phone numbers. Zip gave that to the workers, who were excellent. I was apprised of each step and would highly recommend them.

I used Zips moving and storage for (2) moves. Customer service model is fantastic with employees being very responsive and answering questions. Their booking process was easy and straight forward with no hidden fees. I especially appreciated the actual moving personnel. They were prompt, courteous and fast.

I did not appreciate the movers asking me for a tip and then telling me how much I should pay them
