The job went well. One little hiccup was in the proofing process, I couldn't see the file. Since it was a reprint, it was not an issue but it needs to be fixed.

Well, they always seems to have just what we want at a very good price. The website is easy to use and I really like to know the shipping cost first hand! Only twice in all the years we've been using Zoo, we've had some mistakes, but they made it right!!

I've been ordering from Zoo Printing for probably 15 years now. Their prices are always very competitive and products are high quality so I know I'm getting a great value. I appreciated the quick responsiveness of their customer service, when needed. Over the years I've ordered business cards, flyers, restaurant menus, flags, window cling, posters, and more. Their turnaround time was reasonable when I lived on the East Coast and still are even now I've moved to the West Coast since they have multiple facilities throughout the country. Their website takes some getting used to but if I can't find what I'm looking for in their menu then their search bar is helpful. I also appreciate their transparency about pricing, particularly shipping rates. They give plenty of options for your delivery needs and budget. Keep doing what you're doing, guys!

Lack of communication. Other suppliers I use send notifications on status and when job is shipped. Zoo Printing does neither
