Refund after long discussion
I purchased EaseUs software to recover lost data. First, you can download a so called "trial version". But after the scan has completed and you want to see if the program is really able to recover your lost data, a screen pops up, telling you you have to PAY FIRST. So much for a trial version. So I paid. Then it turned out their program could only recover about 10% of the lost data and none of the really essential data. Besides that, the recovered data were presented as one chaotic mess. After one long discussion I got a full refund, although they don't usually refund. Paypal helped a lot, too.
