High Risk Shipping Experience for an Expensive Order
My ~$300 order was delayed without any notification. I only learned about the delay after emailing Calecim to ask where my order was. Even then, no shipment email was sent—the only notification I received came directly from FedEx, not Calecim. The order was eventually shipped in multiple FedEx packages with mandatory signature required, with no ability to redirect, hold, or manage delivery due to shipper restrictions. During the holiday season, this is extremely inconvenient. I stayed home waiting for delivery, yet no knock or doorbell, followed by a “we missed you” notice. Redelivery is scheduled while I’ll be on vacation, and I’m not allowed to request a vacation hold, so there’s a real risk I may not even receive my order. In my opinion, the serum is the only product worth buying. The rest were underwhelming for the price, which makes the entire experience harder to justify. Between the poor communication, delivery risks, and lack of flexibility, I would not recommend ordering from Calecim.
