Disappointed - Order late but very nice dress
I was very impressed by the selection and prices and thought the made to measure would be a good option for my daughters holy communion dress as standard dresses were not fitting her well. Delivery date passed and emails commenced. No genuine understanding of the problem the delay was causing and now we have the service tomorrow and still no dress. Just an email confirming the tracking status has stopped updating (which I can also see for myself) and that they have no control once the parcel is shipped. The logistics department are looking into it but it is now too late so I’ll need to buy a last minute alternative which won’t be cheap! There is no live chat option for post sales issues and emails are not responded to promptly. Update: arrived later the day I wrote the above. Very disappointed they couldn’t update me with a new delivery date. Would have saved a LOT of stress and o also purchased an alternative. Having said all of that, the dress is lovely, fits very well, and my daughter has chosen to wear it tomorrow over the one purchased at twice the price. Accessories are also very nice. So overall just be wary of the delivery time and allow for extra. If you have problems don’t expect great customer service.
