Once again higher rates as a Diamond VIP
Once again, as a Diamond VIP member I get higher rates than if I search anonymously.
Have to go incognito to get the best rates and then sign in after having secured lower rates.
So frustrating and disappointing that Agoda treats loyal customers with such contempt.

ViP member means higher rates
It is very frustrating and annoying that most time i need to go incognito to get the best rates. As a VIP member I had expected loeer rates, however when I link from comparison sites invariably I get a higher rate than on the comparison site. I need to open an incognito window to get the lower rate. This is totally unacceptable.
