Customer Service not responding to replacement claim
My inverter MIC 3000TL-X stopped working, so raised a replacement claim both through website and What's app as suggested through automatic email reply. Haven't heard back from anyone, now 1 month has gone by.. Products might be good (I don't really know), but customer service so far is non-existing.
