It’s a scam. The software is real it just doesn’t work very well, you might get lucky but for more complex/newer dvds it doesn’t work. Their so called “money back guarantee “ isn’t worth the screen it’s written on… they’ll humor you by saying oh try this version etc but in the end they’ll just ignore your emails Steer clear
